Physics Club
This club was created to facilitate the financial needs of the Physics Day Field trip to Six Flags/Great Adventure. All students enrolled physics (Advanced Placement, Level 1, Level 2,) are members of physics club (Be sure to include membership on your resume and applications.). As a student organization, we are required to elect officers to serve as the executive committee. The offices include:
President: The president will call, hold, and lead any meetings held by the executive committee.
Vice-President: The Vice-President will back-up the role of the president, and serve as president in the absence of the president.
Accountant/Treasurer: The treasurer will sign “voucher” statements that allow the school district to write checks from our student account.
Historian: The historian records events/ happenings/ meetings for the Physics Club historical records.
In order to hold an office, and individual must be nominated by at least two physics club members. All nominations must be submitted via email to "Physics club office nomination" in the following format:
Subject line: physics club nomination for (indicate office)
Body: State the name of the person being nominated. Include your name as well.
One student may only nominate one person for one office. Names of those nominating will be held in confidence.
The deadline to submit nominations is 11:59pm of Dec 10th, 2010
